Nurse Today, amazing and the late appointment really help.
All staff are understanding when a GP calls you back is great.
Appointment booking at 8.30 am always seems to be an issue.
I was told 2 months ago I had to wait 10 days - that is concerning (I think a Gp or 2 were on holiday).
Very difficult to get an appointment you really have to stand your ground and know what your rights are as a patient really should not be this way.
Their online booking system give more appointments but if you call you can't get booked in. So unless you have Internet and login details then you will have a tough time with the receptionists.
Not impressed with care and plan management will happily dismiss suggestions and send you on your way with analgesia.
The surgery should be treating the symptoms but also finding out the cause of the symptoms.
Not very welcoming
I cat in the waiting room for 45 minutes which I missed my lunch.
Appointment completely.
When I'm at surgery for Wargarin it would be better if some one who is qualified could take test instead of having to check with dator and then having to return to the surgery if test is not correct.
The dr was most kind and caring.
